The Cornjerker name and logo have been copyrighted since 1996. The name or logo can not be used without the permissions of the school or the Hoopeston All-Sports Booster Club. The Illinois Trademark Certificates of Registration are on file for Hoopeston Area School District #11.

Storage of Account Information
We do not store the following under any circumstance:
- Full contents of any track from the magnetic stripe on the back of the card.
- Card-validation codes
We will store only that portion of the your account information that is essential to doing business with you (i.e. name, account number). Any material containing information will be stored in a secure area limited to authorized personnel.
Destruction of Account Information
We will destroy or purge all media containing obsolete transaction data with account information.
Encryption
Whenever you access pages requesting sensitive financial or personal data (for example, when placing your order on our shopping cart), we will encrypt that data to prevent others from accessing it while in transit. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for this purpose. Most browsers will display a padlock icon when SSL is being used on a secure page (usually in the right hand corner of your browser).
